Identification & Licensing: Bail enforcement agents must wear a badge clearly stating "bail enforcement agent". While not explicitly requiring a special "license" for bail enforcement itself, they must operate under a licensed bail agent or surety company.
Authorization: Before apprehending a defendant, a bail enforcement agent must possess an affidavit extending authority to arrest, the defendant's photo/address, and their own valid ID.
