Be eighteen (18) years of age or older;
Be a citizen or legal resident of the United States;
Not have been adjudicated as having suffered from any of the following conditions, based on substantial evidence as defined in sections 18-210, 66-317, and 15-5-101 of the Idaho Code; and
Not be a fugitive from justice.

Complete our online course "Principles of Idaho Bail Enforcement"; and
Apprentice under a Warren Specialty Group mentor (2000 hours) to gain practical, hands-on bail enforcement skills.
