Idaho does not have specific state-mandated training or licensing requirements for bail enforcement agents.

While no formal schooling is legally required, training in bail law, fugitive apprehension, and ethics is highly recommended through our in-person and online course, "Principles of Bail Enforcement," which covers topics such as Idaho bail enforcement laws, bail bond practice, and industry-specific procedures.

The purpose of this course is to familiarize potential candidates with Idaho Code regarding bail enforcement to avoid legal liability.
