Requirements

To become a bail enforcement agent in Idaho, you must:

• Be eighteen (18) years of age or older;

• Be a citizen or legal resident of the United States;

• Not have been adjudicated as having suffered from any of the following conditions, based on substantial evidence as defined in sections 18-210, 66-317, and 15-5-101 of the Idaho Code, and;

• Not be a fugitive from justice.

To become a bail enforcement agent with Warren Specialty Group, you must:

• Meet the requirements above;

• Complete our online course "Principles of Idaho Bail Enforcement", and

• Intern (paid) under a Warren Specialty Group mentor (10 to 12 weeks) to gain practical, hands-on bail enforcement skills.
